Jenner, who injected material with causative agent of cowpox into human and could

prevent from smallpox in 1796.

Since 1881 Louis Pasteur started to develop vaccines, created anthrax vaccine
performing experiment in sheep and a vaccine against rabies in human was also

developed by him.
