“Хонь, ямааны цэцгийн вакцины сөөлжих идэвхийг сорьсон дүн” 2015 он

Vaccination method:

-One ml cell culture live virus vaccine against sheep pox was subcutaneously

injected in flank region of 5 sheep and 5 goats according to the instruction;

- Five ml of aluminum hydroxide formаl vaccine against goat pox was

subcutaneously injected in flank region of 5 sheep and 5 goats according to the

instruction;

-Body temperatures of experimental animals were measured twice (morning and
evening) and clinical observations were performed for 21 days.

Blood samples were collected from experimental animals before and after

vaccination, and blood serum was then separated.

For controls:

Unvaccinated sheep and goats were kept together with vaccinated animals and all

these animals underwent clinical examinations and body temperature
measurements. Five sheep and 5 goats injected with sheep pox virus vaccine

underwent challenge infection by tail subcutaneous injection of 10 -4.1 0.2 ml of

preliminarily titrated Stavropolskii strain of sheep pox vaccine, while Stavropolskii
