Lost and Found

MTR is committed to taking care of our customers. Sometimes our customers forget or lose their items
when traveling with us. If you find lost property, including all cash, wallets, purses, checkbooks, cell
phones, ipads, eyeglasses, clothing, books etc. you are required to return the property to the Station
Manager immediately. Station Managers will attach a ticket with the date, time, bus number and driver
name associated with the items found. All found items will kept in a secure spot for a period of 6
months. If after 6 months, the owner of the property has not come forward, all items will be donated to
a local charity. No items in the lost and found are to be taken home by employees. If there are
questions as to whether or not an item belongs in lost and found please see your supervisor or Station
Manager.
