Approach




               The framework of this program has adopted a community driven approach and used a set of tools
               to assess its situation, and to suggest ideas for possible interventions. This approach resulted in the
               ownership of the society of the findings made, making them leading the program in finding solutions

               for their own issues. This is achieved by:

                      Promoting open dialogue and information exchange with Shaml organization

                      Conduction several discussions within the communities including women.

                      Focusing of the root causes, and then suggesting solutions to address these causes, adding
                       elements for a long-standing successful impact.

               The  framework  of  this  program  consists  of  four  components:  Design,  research,  Analysis,  and
               intervention. The last step is related to the youth program that Shaml will implement, relying on
               community mobilization.
