Employees who report discrimination or harassment or become aware of a complaint are also expected to
maintain confidentiality to protect the privacy of the persons involved. Investigations will be kept confidential to
the extent practicable and appropriate under the circumstances.
Attendance and Punctuality
To maintain an efficient and productive organization, your regular, punctual attendance on the job is required. If
you are unable to come to work because of illness or other unavoidable circumstances, you are required to notify
your supervisor or manager as soon as possible. If you will be late for any reason, call your supervisor or manager,
and let them know when you expect to be in.
Any employee who is absent without notice or response to company contact for three consecutive days may be
considered to have voluntarily terminated his or her employment.
Personal Appearance
Dress, grooming and personal cleanliness affects the business image Diversified presents to customers and
visitors and can present safety concerns. As a representative of Diversified, you are expected to exercise good
taste and discretion in deciding how to dress. Your overall appearance should always be appropriate to the
business community and in accordance with current business standards.
“Casual days” are determined according to local office management. There may be times when important clients
are visiting, and we will need to dress in normal business attire. When working in the field, please always respect
the dress code of the client or company you are visiting. In all cases, employees should refrain from wearing
jeans with holes, shorts, cutoffs, old tennis shoes, etc.
