I feel privileged to be part of the IDEXX partnership with Dairy Women’s Network,
a network of truly inspiring and amazing women (and men) that support the
dairy community from the smallest holding to the largest. Together through
mutual respect for people, a passion for the industry, a finger on the pulse of herd
health and a focus on partnerships and technologies that drive efficiency and
welfare improvement, Dairy Women’s Network is effectively helping us all gain
that most valuable of all assets, ‘time’. Time for conversations that matter, time for
our families, our communities, and not to forget time for social and networking
opportunities.

IDEXX formalised a partnership with Dairy Women’s Network in late 2019, with a
view to supporting the conversations that enable change on- and off-farm. Wow,
has there been a lot of change since then! We have all had to adjust to a raft of
new ways of working (NWOW), and changes in every aspect of our personal and
professional lives in addition to how we do business. Although this has come
