with significant and sometimes heartbreaking decisions, delayed plans and rapid
adaptation, it has also been the driver of inspired ways of thinking and rekindled
the Kiwi spirit of innovation and adaptability.

Change is a choice, it requires collaboration and a sharing of ideas to not only be
effective, but also beneficial. Whilst IDEXX focuses primarily on putting pregnancy,
BVD and water testing options into you and our partners’ hands, we have also
embraced the facilitation and discussion related to farm planning, as it relates to
the changing water landscape in 2021.
Whether it is choosing to introduce earlier pregnancy checks on farm, or
embarking on a BVD or water management control plan, whatever choices you
make, I hope that through IDEXX’s involvement with the DWN you feel supported
by IDEXX and that we have helped you through our shared commitment to
making the lives of farmers, farm workers, vets and technicians just that little bit
easier.

So, as the year draws to a close, I hope we have made a small contribution to you
and yours by stimulating thought and presenting options for informed change
that praves the way for a continued and bright future.
