What is the partner’s role and responsibility in the project? How will the project benefit from
including this partner in the proposal?

Youth without previous experience have difficulty in the labour market because of identifiable
deficits like: lack of work-relevant skills, information and connections for acquiring appropriate
skills, lack of experience and credentials that could get them started on an upward path, and
limited opportunities for entry-level work that is career oriented.

TESLA TECHNOLOGIES & SOFTWARE S.L mission, as a partner, is to build a global
education/mentoring/career platform and community by leveraging innovative technologies and
services to enable youth employment success.

EYTP will be divided in several different modules:

E-learning - It consists of short, free, high quality, self-directed, multilingual courses covering
both programmatic as well as support focused skills and activities to professional and personal
development.

Mentoring - This module allows specialists to meet with youths regularly to review their
progress in the initiative, to explore new options and to plan future activities. Activities are
selfdirected and focus on professional and personal development exploring new strategies and
goals to continue working.

Talent - This module will obtain CV and skills from EYTP users and will publish them to
companies.

Community - This module is an intuitive all-in-one solution for building online communities that
inspire interaction among young people that share an identity and have similar interests.

Opportunities - This module will provide a comprehensive and accessible ecosystem offering
work opportunities and connecting young people in an structured and tailored manner with
employers.

App EYTP -a an interactive, user-centered app for youth to help them in finding a possible
employment. The data provided through the app will be tracked and monitored by a mentoring
team ready to provide personalised support and immediate assistance when required
