NOVALICHES DISTRICT
CENTER
The Novaliches District Center or NDC serves as a “mini city hall” for residents in Novaliches. Its primary
mandate is to implement all the programs of the Quezon City Government in the Novaliches District, including
the enforcement of all city ordinances and laws.
The NDC was established in 1982, during the term of former Mayor Adelina S. Rodriguez. During the
inauguration of the NDC, Rodriguez said she decided "to put up the mini-city hall to bring the government
closer to the people, and the people closer to the government."
Through the years, it has served well as an efficient conduit between Novaliches residents and the QC City Hall
main office. The NDC eased the burden of Novaliches residents and made all city government services
available without the need to travel 16 kilometers to the QC CIty Hall and spend time on the road.
The NDC is currently located at Jordan Plains subdivision in Barangay Sta. Monica, Novaliches.
