INSPECTION ANd
VERIFICATION DIVISION
There should be compliance to rules for operating a business in Quezon City, thus this Division is the one on
the ground to inspect and check all business establishments.
There are two sections under this: 1) Inspection Section and 2) Verification Section.
The Inspection Section conducts inspection of all businesses and activities operating within the territorial
jurisdiction of Quezon City. Aside from verifying post-permit compliance of all issued business permits, it also
investigates all complaints received by the Department which pertains to business operation and prepares
Mission Order to effect proper conduct of inspection. If a business is found to have erred on compliance, the
Section issues Notice of Violations.
On the other hand, the Verification Section provides important administrative support to the Inspection
Section as it prepares Inspection Reports and periodic reports.
