The Business Permit and Licensing Department (BPLD) is one of the most
dynamic departments in the QC Hall as it is the first point of contact of
business owners and workers in Quezon City.

To understand the structure of the BPLD, here is the department’s
organizational chart and a directory to easily reach the members of the
department.
