Program

A program by the Quezon City Government, in
partnership with Small Business Corporation
and First Circle, that aims to help businesses
affected by the lockdowns. The goal is to grow
and to support enterprises in food retailing,
tourism industry, wholesaling and other
businesses — nurturing a vibrant business
ecosystem in the city through providing
additional access to finance.
