               8.3.  Carrier Board Indicators

                          There are a few indicators on the Carrier Board that show higher-level status.  Note
                       that some of the indicators on the Carrier Board are not used and they are not listed below.

               8.3.1.  Alert Status Indicators
                          There are two Alert indicators; one amber and one green.

                          •  The green indicator indicates the current relay state; energized or not
                          •  The amber indicator indicates if GuardII+ has detected an Alert condition

                        Behavior           Meaning
                        Green is off       The Alert relay is currently not energized
                        Green is on        The Alert relay is currently energized
                        Green is blinking   The Alert relay is currently in one of the Alert Test modes
                        Amber is off       The monitor is not currently in Alert
                        Amber is on        The monitor is currently in Alert
                        Amber is blinking  The monitor is currently in Stale Alert

               8.3.2.  Online Indicator
                          There is one green indicator for the Online/Offline status; this indicator shows the same
                       information as the Online indicator on the front panel.

                        Behavior           Meaning
                        Off                GuardII+ is offline
                        Green              GuardII+ is online
