b.All facilities are in good and operational conditions upon occupancy of the dormitory. The
                       dorm manager shall be immediately notified of any disorder or malfunction thereof. Should
                       facilities be destroyed other that the usual wear and tear, the following procedures shall be
                       followed:
                         1.  Replacement of the item or cash equivalent of destroyed facilities by the one
                             responsible.
               i2. Replacement of the item or cash equivalent of destroyed facilities by all the residents
                             in the room should there be no evidence to pinpoint the one responsible.
                     c.No marking on the walls or on the furniture should be allowed.
                     d.The room leader must submit a report on the operational conditions of the facilities to the

                        dorm manager for immediate repair.

                4. DAILY TIME SCHEDULE

                      The daily schedule must be observed by residents of the dormitories. The following schedule
                covers the dormitory undertakings:

                   1.  Cooking Schedule. Cooking should be done at the kitchen and eating should be at the dining
                       hall.
                       a)Breakfast               5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
                       b)Lunch                   10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
                       c)Supper                  4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
                    2.  Cleaning Schedule:
                                                 5:00 - 7:00 A.M. (Main kitchen, Dining, Comfort Room,
                       a)  Morning
                                                                Corridors and Stairway.
                                                 12:30 -1:30 p.m. (Main Kitchen, first floor CR, dining and
                       b) Afternoon
                                                               Receiving room.
                                                  6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. (Main Kitchen, Dining, CR, Receiving
                       c)  Evening
                          |Corridors and Stairways.
                          I   -   Cleaners of the day must clean their assigned area including their rooms.
                    3.  Washing of clothes should be done at the laundry area and ironing should be at the assigned
                        place following the set schedule:
                        a)Washing:5:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
                        b)Ironing:5:00 a.m.-7:30 a.m. on Wednesday
                                            :5:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on Weekends


                 5.CURFEW HOURS

                        a.A resident is expected to be back at the student housing at 7:30 p.m.
                        b.The residents should seek approval from the dorm manager should he/she intends to

                           be back later than the curfew hour.
                  6.ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES, RECREATION AND INVITATIONAL GAMES
                   a.The dormitory manager and duly elected dormitory officers should plan wholesome
                       and enriching social activities cooperatively in the dormitory.
                    b.All residents are required to attend and participate actively in dormitory activities such as
