7.RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES
a.Religious activities are allowed in the dormitories once a week only with the approval of the
dorm Manager.
b.Attendance to fellowship in campus is allowed provided that curfew hour is strictly observed.
o 8.STUDY PERIOD
a.Study period shall start from 7:00 p.m. but not later than 12:00 midnight (at the study hall);
b.Silence shall be strictly observed during study period. The last resident to leave the study hall
shall be responsible to turn off the lights.
c.Residents are required to be quiet after 9:00 p.m. at 10:00 p.m.
9.VISITING GUIDELINES
a.Visitors must be entertained properly at the receiving room.
b.Visitors are expected to behave and not to loiter around the dormitory during and after
visiting hours.
c.Visiting hours:
5:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. during weekdays
6:00-6:30 p.m. during weekends.
d.Residents should observe proper decorum while entertaining their visitors:
Residents should be dignified and courteous
Residents should be in proper attire.
Residents should be responsible for the behavior of their visitors
Fixing of tables and chairs and cleaning of food wastes should be done by the
resident after visitors have left.
I e. Residents assigned as officers of the day (OD) must spend the time patiently at the front desk.
f.Visitors under the influence of liquor shall not be entertained at all cost.
g.Visitors must present their I.D.or cedula and are required to sign on the visitors logbook
before the resident they want to visit is called upon.
h. Visitors are not allowed to sleep with the resident in the dormitory except of exceptional
cases and the same must be reported to the dorm manager that such visitor will be staying in
the dormitory overnight,
i. Male/female parent/guardian or any relative brother or sister/friend of a resident maybe
allowed to stay overnight without payment of transient fee of P20.00. However, succeeding
nights shall be charge of transient fee.
10.MAINTENANCE OF THE DORMITORY. Dorm residents are held responsible in maintaining
and observance of the cleanliness, beautification, orderliness and sanitation ofthe dormitory.
The following are the GUIDELINES FOR MAINTAINANCE OF THE DORMITORY.
a. DINING HALL
1.It is the responsibility of the residents to cooperate in protecting both the dining tables
and chairs at the residence. Students are held responsible also for maintaining the
cleanliness of these tables and chairs.
2.Visitors may eat with the resident in the dining hall during weekend only or special
occasion such as birthdays. Otherwise visitors are not allowed inside the dining hall.
