3.Kitchen utensils left unattended will be placed in the stock room.
4.Residents are required to check their gas tanks and gas stoves regularly. These should be
properly closed when not in use to ensure the safety of the dormitory and should not be
left unattended.
5.Failure to do so will be fined an amount of P20.00.
c.BATHROOM/COMFORT ROOM
o 1.Residents are responsible for the proper disposal of shampoo/conditioner bottles and
wrappers, used tissues and other garbage.
2.The bowls must be flushed after using and cleanliness of the same is the responsibility of
the residents.
3.When not in use the faucet must be closed at all times.
4.Washing of clothes, plates, and pots inside the bathroom is not allowed.
d.CORRIDORS AND STAIRWAYS
1.Running Along The Corridors And Stairways Is Not Allowed.
2.Boisterous laughing and talking aloud should be avoided at any time.
3.Garbage boxes must be kept inside the rooms. Each room should provide their own trash
can.
4.No littering and spitting along the corridors.
5.Wet umbrella should be kept in pails/basins inside each room; no wet umbrella should be
kept at the corridors or dining room.
e.SURROUNDINGS
1.Assigned cleaners should water the plants and sweep the surroundings everyday.
2.Main pathways must always be clean.
3.Nothing should be thrown out of the windows.
4.Proper waste segregation must strictly be observed.
o 11.DORMITORY FEES - must be paid at the college cashier. Residents should pay the
dormitory fee monthly.
1.A reservation fee of P300.00 (P500.00 at the Habitat - Student Heritage Village) should be in
advance.
2.A monthly fee of P150.00 (P250.00 at the habitat-Student Heritage Village) is paid at the
cashier's office. Receipt should be shown to the dorm manager for record purposes.
3.Residents who shall relinquish their space in the dormitory during the terms of residency are
required to pay in full the dorm fee of that semester and to return all issued/borrowed or any
materials belonging to the dormitory.
4.Summer residents are required to pay the full dorm fee for two months.
5.Collected fines shall serve as dormitory fund.
Note: dorm fee may vary upon approval of the Board of Regents.
12.PROPER BEHAVIOR IN THE DORMITORY. Residents shall abide by the university and
residence halls policies, procedures, rules and regulations and implementing guidelines duly
promulgated by the Department of Students Services & Development.
a. Dormitory officers shall be elected to assist the dorm manager in ensuring that policies
of the dormitory are strictly observed.
