d. The dorm manager may refer residents to the Director of Students Services and
Development for grave misconduct or frequent violations of the dorm rules,
regulations and policies.
13.DAMAGES. Loss of equipment or damage in the dormitory shall be charge the full cost against
the resident who has caused the damage and maybe subjected to non-signing of student clearance.
\a. Any intentional damage or vandalism in the dormitory shall be charge the full cost
^against the residents including the cost of the repair or replacement.
14.WELFARE OF THE RESIDENTS. The dorm manager maybe consulted anytime for counsel of
problems involving personal or other concerns. Problems or concerns beyond the capability of the
dorm manager shall be referred to proper authorities like the guidance and counseling services. Cases
of illness or accidents must be reported immediately to the dorm managers who in turn must take
the appropriate action.
15.OFFENSES AND SANCTIONS.
The following are the sanction of the offenses in the dormitory.
1. Light Offense Sanction
