             4.5.1.2.   To develop the spirit/attitude of service and patriotism among the students.
             4.5.1.3.   To advance the youth involvement in public and civic affair.

             4.5.2.  Services
             4.5.2.1.   Provides modules along the areas of physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social well-being
                       of the students.
             4.5.2.2.   Establishes linkages with various communities.

             4.6.  Recreation and Sports Activities
             4.6.1.  Goals and Objectives
             4.6.1.1.   To assist in the total development of the students through activities designed for the wise use of
                       leisure time
             4.6.1.2.   To promote the development of self-confidence, sportsmanship, and health of students

             4.6.2.  Services
             4.6.2.1.   Conduct of Intramurals and other sports and recreation activities on campus
             4.6.2.2.   Management and maintenance of sports facilities and equipment
             4.6.2.3.   Facilitation of sports exhibitions, competitions or contests in the campus

             4.7.   Security Services
             4.7.1.  Goals and Objectives
             4.7.1.1.   To  commit  to  the  timely  delivery  of  security  services  in  a  professional  and  sensitive  manner,
                       treating all persons with the utmost respect, dignity, and absolute fairness;
             4.7.1.2.   Focus on the delivery of quality services to all people/clientele within the school premises;
             4.7.1.3.   Seek  collegial  partnership  with  community  stakeholders  and  provide  inclusive  solutions  to
                       security problems for the campus that best meets the needs of the large and diverse community
                       we serve;
             4.7.1.4.   Develop partnership not only within the University community but with external agencies and
                       organizations in order to provide better and more efficient service to the community.

             4.7.2.  Services
             4.7.2.1.   To  protect,  watch  and  safeguard  the  property  of  the  school  from  theft,  robbery,  arson,
                       destruction or damages and the like
