ability to conjure and control fire at her will. Elaine possess enhanced
physical skill and fighting experience. Elaine was the first to be shown to
the world when she was still a young child by her father and was
brainwashed for many years to allow Dr. Taylor total control over her
powers. Arguably, she is the strongest in Deviants and genetically positive
experiment to date.
Weakness: Unknown. Because of The Element’s supreme skill and
durability nothing used against her to date has been able to put her out of
commission.

to control it a mechanical suit was created by Dr. Liam to allow Velocity to easily
use this force. This power has enhanced their gymnastic ability immensely.
