I continue to read the last few pages in the folder before the argument either

ends or heats up again.

Dr. Liam Thistle (Voltage)

Voltage’s genetic mutation was written off as unsuccessful initially as

Dr. Taylor could find no evidence of outward change or significant powers.

Voltage was to be disposed of but as the guards entered his cell they found

countless chemical equations, mathematical problems and many other theories

etched into the walls. As the guards attempted to grab Liam, deadly waves of

electricity shot from him. Voltage, although not as physically fit as the other

Deviants, he still is a vital asset to this operation as his mind is unmatched and his

creations and experiments could rival Dr. Taylor’s himself.

Weakness: Dr. Thistle is the weakest member of Deviants and can be more

easily taken down as he tends to only use his powers in defence. Because of this

Dr. Thistle is rarely seen in more aggressive schemes from Deviants and acts more

as a support from their base.

A sense of anxiety grows in my chest as I flip to the last page.
