The Glitch is the second in command of Deviants and possesses an

intense control over reality. The Glitch’s mind is hardwired as a defensive

computer enabling the ability to put up shields and teleport from place to place.

She can offer stun shots from her eyes as well. The Glitch also holds the ability to

instantly conjure strategies for battle based on her surroundings. Her tactical

skills are unmatched by all. The Glitch has also been training since she was a child

in hand to hand combat and favours a bo-staff.

Weakness: Because of Kimille’s relationship with her father and past

brainwashing attempts on her, Dr. Taylor has a stronger connection with the

neurological chip. In the past and in moments of overuse of powers Dr. Taylor has

acquired control over her being. This resulted in the death of Lucas Blade as Kim

was willing to sacrifice herself with Lucas but Dr. Taylor seized control over her

being and disallowed this.

I can’t help but agree with every word they've typed.

I close the folder and find my team still divided on the topic of accepting

help from the Department. I trust them with my life and wanted to just let them

work it out, but with so many headstrong individuals in the room I need to step in.
