Instances of these problems are indicated in the following
points:

a- I have lost my airline ticket. I am booked to fly on the
10.00 am flight to Belfast. It is already 08.30 and I still
have to get to the airport.

b- The flight attendant was very rude to me when I asked for
a fish and meat dish.

c- I made an advanced reservation and arrived at the hotel on
time. The check-in procedures were late and there were no
vacant rooms. I was forced by the front office staff to wait
a bit longer for an hour in the swimming pool area until
they can find an available room.

d- My taps cannot be turned off. They are completely stuck.
e- My room is on the ground floor and someone keeps

looking into my window.
f- The television in my room only shows two channels and

they are both in French.
g- The air conditioner is very noisy and I cannot sleep at

night.
h- The trams going past my room are very noisy and kept me

awake all night.
i- There is no hot water in my toilet.
