Subject: Complaint
I am writing to you to complain about the way a member of your staff treated me in
Elite Travelling yesterday.
I went to change my flight booking to Madrid as a result of a mistake that your
employee made in my ticket. I tried to explain the situation to her, but she was
extremely rude to me. She suggested that I was the wrong person and told me that I
would have to pay a supplement to upgrade my original ticket. At the end I had to
pay an extra £100. But is it a fair action?! Do you degrade your frequent customers
to that much?!
I would be grateful if you could give some explanation and offer some form of
compensation to me.
