On arrival, we found that there was nobody to meet us at the airport, although a
representative from another company did direct us to the Sunset coach. After 60
minutes flight 'advertised on your brochure as 30 minutes', we arrived at the hotel
exhausted, fed up and grumpy.
We were reasonably happy with the resort and the hotel, although the food was not
up to the standard we are used to.
However, on our return flight, we found the same disorganisation and inefficiency;
the coach was late and once again we were late checking in. Furthermore, on
arrival back here, we found that our luggage had been mislaid.
Your service was totally awful. We paid a lot of money for this holiday and I think
we had a right to expect a better standard of service.
If I have not received a satisfactory compensation for all these bad services, I shall
take the matter further.
