(b) the beneficiary to which the entity is affiliated erlsures that the conditions applicable to the
beneficiary Lrnder Articles I1.4, 11.5, I1.6, II.8, Il.l0, ll.ll andll,27 are also applicable to the
entity.

ARTICLE T1.22- BUDGET TRANSFERS

Beneficiaries are allowed to adjust the estimated budget set olrt in Annex lll by transfers between
tlremselves and between the different budget categories, if the action is implemented as described irr
Annex I. This adjustrnent does not require an amendment of the Agreement as provided for in Article
lr.I3.
However, tlre beneficiaries may not add costs relatingto subconlracls not provided for in Annex l,
unless such additiosal subconlracls arc approved by the Agency in accordance vvith Article ll.ll.l(d).

As an exception to the first subparagraph, if beneficiaries want to change the value of the contribution
to wlrich each of them is entitled, as referred to in point (c) of the-third subparagraph of 11.26.3, the
coord inator must request art amendment as provided for in Articte I l. I 3.
The first three subparagraphs do not apply to arnourlts which, as provided for in Article 1.3,2(aXiii) or
(c), take the form of lump sums or which, as provided for in Afticle 1.3.2(e), take the forrn of finarrcing
not linked to cost.

ARTICLE II.23 NON-COMPLIANCE WITH PORTING OBLIGATIONS

The Agency may terminate the Agreernerlt as provided for in Afticle ll.l7.3.l(c) and may reduce the
grant as provided for in Artiole 11.25.4 if the coordinator:
(a) did not subrnit a request for interirn payment or payment of the balance accornparried by tlre
documents referred to in Articles 1.4.3 or 1.4.4 within 60 calendar davs followine the end of
the corresponding repofting period; and

(b) still fails to submit such a request within further 60 calendar days following a written rcrninder
sent by the Agency.

ARTICLI II.24 SUSPENSION OF'PAYMENTS AND TIME LIMIT FOR PAYMENT

II.24.l Suspension of payments

The Agency may at any moment suspend, in whole or in paft, the pre-financing paynrents and interirn
payments for otre or more beueficiaries or the payment of the balance fol all benetlciaries:

(a) if the Agency has evidence that a beneficiary has comrnitted irregularitics,.fraud or hrcach o.f
obligations in the award procedure or while implenrenting the Agreenrent;

(b) if the Agency has evidence that a beneficiary has committed systemic or recurrerrt
irregttlarities, fraud or serious breach of obligations in other grants funded by the Union or
the European Atomic Energy Comrnunity ('Eurztorn') awarded to the beneficialy under
similar conditions and suclt irregulat'ities, .fraud or breach of ohligutions have a material
impact on this grant; or
