GRACE, Exploring Its Riches

The Bible, in 1 Peter 3:7 says,

“Husbands, likewise, dwell with them with
understanding, giving honour to the wife, as to
the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together
of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be
                                     hindered.”

This scripture lays the greater responsibility upon the
husband to see to it that wisdom is engaged in the home in
order to deploy the unique grace provided. When wisdom
is applied in the mutual relationship between the man and
                               his wife, certain miracles happen:

                               tGrace is released.
tThe couple becomes joint heirs of this grace in life.

tThey position themselves for answers to their prayers,
whether they pray individually or together as a family.
The ability to get their prayers answered is not just in
their coming together to pray, but much more in the
way they relate to each other in love and honour.
