How do you get your message out?

There are so many ways in which you can build your online profile, but this wide
choice can also be very confusing and trying to be active of too many at once will be

difficult to do and could damage your brand.

How do I choose a social media platform?

We suggest that you start by choosing one platform to start off with. Focus on that

and become an expert on that one before moving onto other platforms.

When deciding on a platform, think about:
               1) Your brand's purpose

               2) What you're good at creating and what you enjoy creating,
               3) The best way to present your brand to others, and

               4) Your audience’s context

What social media platforms are available?

If you want to CONNECT, try:

                   – Twitter – aim for blue-ribbon status!

                   – Instagram
                   – Speak at public events – both in-person and online conferences and

                       workshops

If you want to COLLABORATE, try:
                   – Skype/ Zoom

                   – Dropbox/ WeTransfer/ Google Drive

                   – Participate in industry networking and learning events
