the future, filled with calamities and judgments—
earthquakes, famine, violence, chaos, insanity—and cry
out in faith, "Live or die—I am the Lord's!"

For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and
whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we
live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.

Now, nothing can hurt you! Nothing can alarm you!
Nothing can shake your mind or spirit! You have faced
the last and most powerful enemy known to man, and
you see that God has turned your enemy into a friend.
So when this corruptible shall have put on in-
corruption, and this mortal shall have put on im-
mortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying
that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 0
death, where is thy sting? 0 grave, where is thy
victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength
of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giv-
eth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

10. Do Not Look for a 'New Revelation'
Revelations, dreams, visions, horoscopes, ESP, pre-
dictions, prognostications—none can be trusted as the
truth! Dreams and visions by true men and women of
God can spotlight the truth and explain what is already
revealed—but only God's Word contains the truth that
sets man free to act. "To the law and to the testimony:
if they speak not according to this word, it is because
there is no light in them" (Isaiah 8:20 KJV).
No new revelation is needed! We need to diligently
search God's Word and find the answer to all our prob-
lems and questions. I, for one, will never again make a
move, invest, act, or do anything else without first con-
sulting the answer book—God's Word. New doctrines,
