home while you are separated from them. This is scrip-
tural. It is in the perfect plan of God. God is moved by
this kind of confidence, and He will confirm His word
on this matter. It is according to His will to pray for the
fulfillment of His promises. Pray that you will be ac-
counted worthy to escape all the coming calamities.
And we are made worthy through the completed work
of Christ in us! So pray confidently in His worthiness!
But 0 my soul, don't be discouraged. Don't be
upset. Expect God to act! For I know that I shall
again have plenty of reason to praise him for all
that he will do. He is my help! He is my God!

9. Conquer Your Fear of Death
Look death in the face and conquer its fear! The
wicked will die in fear. Death will be the conqueror
over all the wicked on the day of judgment. But the
righteous must not fear to die! God has provided vic-
tory over that fear.
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of
flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part
of the same; that through death he might destroy
him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
And deliver them who through fear of death were
all their lifetime subject to bondage.
(Hebrews 2:14,15 KJV)
Satan has no more power to frighten God's people
when they are finally delivered from the fear of dying.
Do you desire a place of complete freedom from
fear? Fear of the future? Fear of calamity and judg-
ment—even though you know it is God who performs
it? Then shake loose from the bondage of the fear of
death! Death for the child of God must now be consid-
ered the ultimate healing. The key to life and death is in
our Lord's hand. We who trust the Lord must look into
