F1 IN SCHOOLS STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
In October, BMGS had three teams participating Awards were held, with Xpeditious announced

Our students competed against teams from Burgess and Finley
schools all across NSW, with Xpeditious in First Snedden. Front row:

First among Senior Cadet teams, however, the
journey for Jett Speed ends at the State level as
there is no National competition for this class.
The competition involves racing all the cars,
judging the trade displays and the presentation
of the awards. When it came to the car races,
unfortunately, none of our cars clocked the fastest
time of all the cars, even though Xpeditious was
very close to the winning time.
When it came around to judging the trade displays
and portfolios, we learned that Nicholas Hayes,
a BMGS Alumni (2021)and F1 in Schools World
Finalist (2019) was judging the trade displays.
After the competition, the team discovered that,
even though they didn’t have the best trade
display, Xpeditious was again close to the top
