          1.  Weekly sanctioned work hours for Intensive category employee is 45 hours

          17.  All  the workers together can stop working if a strike is called.
          18.  According to minimum  wages act the cities are divided into 5 categories
          19.  The payment should be made for 1000 workers within  7 days and for more than 1000

               workers within  10 days
          20.  Normal deduction from salary should not exceed 50%
          21.  As per factory act the overtime hours should not exceed 12 hours per week

          22.  The dispensary is required if the no of workers exceed 500
          23.  According to payment of wages act if there are more than 1000 persons then payment
               should be made within  10 days
          24.  Maximum  deduction from salary should not exceed 75%

          25.  Minimum  Compensation for accidental death is 120000 and 50% of basic x age factor
          26.  Compensation given for complete disability  monthly pay x 60%x age factor.

          27.  Cutting of both hands is considered as permenant disability.
          28.  HOER is implemented  in year 1974
          29.  As per HOER supervisor belong to excluded category.
          30.  Chairman of tribunal can be nominated with any retired judge of high court or

               supreme court.
          31.  Chairman of JCM at railway  board level  is member staff
