Hi all,

          we  hope  everyone  is  doing  their  best  to  keep  positive  during  these  unusual  times.  Cill
          Barra  Community  Sports  Centre  would  like  to  support  you  to  maintain  your  health  &
          fitness levels or even to begin a fitness regime.

          With this in mind we are posting home workout routines on our Facebook page that you

          can do from home regardless of your level of fitness. If you are a beginner just do what
          you can and work from there. There are workouts posted a couple of times a week but if
          you find one in particular you like doing you can stick with that or for more variation try a
          different workout. Do whatever works for you. The most important thing is to make sure
          you enjoy it and if at all possible build it into your daily routine. It is important that you

          maintain a healthy life style and all our workouts are designed so that you don’t need any
          special equipment to do them, all you need is the motivation! We are also posting healthy
          food ideas/recipes. See below give them a try-out and let us know how you get on! We
          would love to hear from you and how you are keeping    yourself fit now that the gyms are

          closed.

          food or mental health issues. We will do our best to help you out.

          Cill Barra Sports Centre is a fully equipped gym with a range of;

              Cardio Equipment,
              Machine Weights

          We also have a functional fitness area which includes

               Bumper Plates
               Dumbbells,
               Kettlebells

              plus a lot more to help you reach your fitness goals.


          We also have a spacious sports hall available for hire. This is suitable for 5 a side soccer,
          basketball,  indoor  bowls,  badminton,  pickle  ball,  Circuit  training  and  exercise  classes,

          children's birthday parties and many more activities. We also have 2 ball walls available
