2. Watch the following videos:

3. In Lesson 1, we share many examples of different habits and how they work (Trigger-Routine-
Reward). What personal habit story/example can you share with the class? Use the space below
to outline your own personal story of the transformation of a habit.

Lesson 1: Key Words
Below is a list of Lesson 1’s (Part 1 & 2) key words. Take a couple minutes to read over each objective
and write some notes next to the word. It is crucial that you are familiar with these points and are able to
elaborate, including examples, as you present the material to the students. We want to keep things
simple and focus on the key learning objectives. Repetition is key and these points of emphasis will be
continuously reiterated throughout this lesson and the rest of the course.

This formula compounds over time.
