                3.  Use the space provided below to write about a time that you have used Pain Association Transfer to
                   get yourself to do something you did not want to do so you could become who you want to become.

                4.  Review the list of Key Words for Lesson 3 (below). Write in the definitions (in your own words), take
                   notes and make sure you are familiar with these terms.
                   a.   Pain (cognitive dissonance): the feeling of discomfort produced by the presence of two thoughts
                       that are in conflict with one another.
