3. Rhubarb
Rhubarb contains glycosides of rhein, rhein anthrone, chysophanol, aloe-
emodin, and physcion.
In addition, free rhein, chysophanol, emodin, and aloe-emodin, as well as
their anthrones and dianthrones are present.
4. Senna
Senna is the dried leaflets of Cassia senna (Alexandrian senna), or
Cassia angustifolia (Tinnevelly senna). Belonging to the family
Leguminosae
