S.ection_2. Compensatory Time
Compensatory time shall not be accumulated from one calendar year to the next.
Se..c.tlon...3. Salaried Employees
A salaried employee who Is exempt from the overtime requirements of the Fair Labor
Standards Action will under no circumstances be subject to a loss or reduction of pay for
any abs nee of less than one day.
