A REGULATION ESTABLISHING AND CLARIFYING
WHICH ADMll\lJSTRA TIVE REGULATIONS REMAIN EFFECTIVE
SECIIO.NJ. Purpose.
The practice of implementing some policies through administrative regulation has been in place at the
City ofFannington for more than ten years. Over the course of time, some of the administrative
regulations have been superceded or rendered moot by practice, City Council resolution or ordinance.
The purpose of this administrative regulation is to clarify which administrative regulations remain in
effect.
SECTION II. Authority.
The Personnel Rules at Section 21-1-6 authorize the city manager to adopt, amend or rescind written
administrative procedures or regulations as necessary or proper.
SECTION 111. Administrative Regulations in Effect.
Upon review and staff recommendation, the city manager has detennined that the following
administrative regUlations remain in effect:
