The City's policies against sexual or other harassment apply fully to any E-mnil/Inten1et or voice
mail.
Transmission of information including writings, verbal messages or sounds or visual images of
any kind which could be considered indecent, immoral, sexually explicit, lewd or lascivious is
prohibited. Users of the City's system are prohibited from connecting to, posting or downloading
sexually oriented information; engaging in computer-hacking or related activities; reproducing
copyrighted information; posting confidential, sensitive or proprietary information on the
Intemet; and attempting to compromise the security ofinfonnation contained in the City's
computers.
SECTION IV, Disciplinm:y Action
Violation of this policy will subject the offender to discipline, pursuant to the procedures in the
City's Personnel Rules, up to and including tenninatiO!l.
