10.1.16 DISPLAY TECHNOLOGY

The project will likely entail the deployment of a large-scale videowall display within the main entrance lobby for the purpose of
displaying content-generated “canned” images of information relevant to the building tenants. A video wall is a large-scale
presentation system consisting of multiple monitors, projectors, or other display technologies that are tiled or overlapped to form
        a single, expansive display surface.

The project will also likely entail the use of other smaller form-factor displays in public areas and amenity spaces such as the
Livingroom spaces for the purpose of displaying wayfinding information, local business marketing content, current events and the
like. The content for these systems will be delivered via the data network from a centralized applications server in the Main
        Telecommunications Equipment Room.
The digital content delivery system or digital signage solution will include the following purpose driven systems:

            • Lobby Videowall
            • Public and Amenity space content displays

        10.1.17 SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
The system shall feature multicast distribution of content from a centralized server on the base building data networks. The Video
over IP shall provide a network-centric redundant distributed architecture to minimize central head-end equipment and to
enhance redundancy for the systems operations. Supporting network equipment shall have redundant power supplies to enhance
uptime, and to allow for intermittent power failures in the network. Distribution to purpose displays will be homerun from
network locations to dedicated signage players at each display location over point to point fiber optic cabling.
