3.1 การจัดทำาระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
เ พื่อเป็นการสนับสนุนทางด้านข้อมูลสารสนเทศของส�านักงานบริหารหนี้สาธารณะ (สบน.)
ให้บรรลุภารกิจตามยุทธศาสตร์ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเสริมสร้างความยั่งยืนทางการ
คลังและการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ ในฐานะสายงานสนับสนุน ศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (ศทส.) ได้
ให้ความส�าคัญกับการจัดการระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อลดต้นทุนในการ
บริหารจัดการข้อมูล และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารให้สามารถตัดสินใจได้
ทันเหตุการณ์ หลากหลายมิติ สอดคล้องกับภาวะทางการคลัง และเศรษฐกิจที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่
ตลอดเวลา ศทส. จึงได้จัดท�า Proof of Concept กับการพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศ โดยน�า
เทคโนโลยีอัจฉริยะ (Business Intelligence) มาบูรณาการระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศให้ตรงตาม
วัตถุประสงค์ของ สบน.
3.1 Information Technology System Development : Information Technology
System for Executive Decision Making
The Information Technology Center (ITC) has put emphasis on Information
Technology Management System with the goals of reducing the information and
data management cost, as well as supporting the executives to have up-to-date,
multi-dimensional, comprehensive and reliable information when making decision.
The ITC has implemented the “Proof of Concept” Information Technology
Database Management System by introducing the Business Intelligence Technology
and combining it with the Information Technology System to achieve the objectives
stated below.
