มีจ�ำนวน 4,937,239.62 ล้ำนบำท หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 43.91
ของ GDP โดยเป็นหนี้ของรัฐบำล 3,515,010.95 ล้ำนบำท
หนี้รัฐวิสำหกิจที่ไม่เป็นสถำบันกำรเงิน 1,064,289.11

ล้ำนบำท หนี้รัฐวิสำหกิจที่เป็นสถำบันกำรเงิน (รัฐบำล
ค�้ำประกัน) 352,207.35 ล้ำนบำท และหนี้หน่วยงำนอื่น
ของรัฐ 5,732.21 ล้ำนบำท เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับยอด

หนี้สำธำรณะคงค้ำง ณ วันที่ 30 กันยำยน 2554 หนี้
สำธำรณะเพิ่มขึ้นสุทธิ 488,945.02 ล้ำนบำท โดยหนี้ของ
รัฐบำล หนี้รัฐวิสำหกิจที่เป็นสถำบันกำรเงิน (รัฐบำลค�้ำ
ประกัน) และหนี้หน่วยงำนอื่นของรัฐเพิ่มขึ้น 333,852.06
ล้ำนบำท 195,265.39 ล้ำนบำท และ 5,732.21 ล้ำนบำท

3,515,010.95 million Baht of government debt,

1,064,289.11 million Baht of Non-Financial State-Owned
Enterprises (SOES) debt, 352,207.35 million Baht
of Financial SOEs debt with government guarantee
and 5,732.21 million Baht of Other Government

Agencies debt which is the debt of the Energy Fund
Administration Institute and the Neighboring Countries
Economic Development Cooperation Agency.
Comparing to the debt outstanding at the end of last

fifiscal year, the debt outstanding increased 488,945.02
million Baht, which resulted from rising in government
debt in the amount of 333,852.06 million Baht
195,265.39 million Baht of Financial SOEs debt and

5,732.21 million Baht of the Government Agencies
debt while decreasing in 15,459.46 million Baht of
Non-Financial SOEs debt and 30,445.18 million Baht
of FIDF debt (details as shown in Table 1).
