3. Writing Procedure Learning Objectives at the Application
Level
If your target lesson task is a procedure, you will
write a lesson objective at the application level that
requires the learner to perform the procedure
4. When learning procedures, employees need three basic
instructional methods:
A clear statement of the steps that make up the
procedure, with illustrations as appropriate
A follow-along demonstration
Hands-on practice with explanatory feedback
