Glossary of important terms
1. Common Skills First (Kemahiran Biasa Pertama): An
organizational principle recommending that knowledge and
skills needed to complete many job tasks are sequenced at the
start of a training event and then revisited as they are applied
specifically to different tasks in more advanced lessons
2. Design Document (Rekabentuk Dokumen): A report that
summarizes the main outputs of the design phase of the
project. Typically includes results of the job analysis, course and
lesson outlines, learning objectives, and a summary of the
instructional methods planned
3. Far Transfer (Pemindahan Jauh): Knowledge and skills that must
be applied in diverse contexts. Some examples include making a
sales presentation or designing training. To perform far-
transfer tasks, the worker must use judgment to adapt
guidelines to diverse situations
