Auxiliary Lamp Housing Removal

Detach auxiliary lamp connector [73]. Remove fuel tank fasteners and slide tank back to reveal connectors. See RETED or 9.5 FUEL TANK: EFI. Disconnect 2-place Multilock auxiliary lamp connec- tor [73] under fuel tank, left side. Remove auxiliary lamp terminals. See MULTILOCK ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS appendix. Remove appropriate terminal(s) from socket housing. Use a flare nut socket to remove the nuts (2) that secure the auxiliary lamp housings (11) to bracket.
