NOTE It is possible to remove the spring fork without removing the entire fork assembly, if you follow steps 1-6 under RIGID FORK REMOVAL and then steps 1-10 under SPRING FORK DISASSEMBLY. Block up front of bike so front wheel is off the Remove headlamp and mounting block. See 8.19 HEAD- LAMP. Move headlamp out of the way and let wire sup- Remove handlebars and risers.
