7.6.1 16Mb BIOS Flashed by SPI Tools

Step1. Put the SPI tool on M_BIOS
Step2. Make sure the setting switch to “1”

Step3. After boot from SPI BIOS utility.

7.7 Manually BIOS Recover

This is a new function for the model of P55A series or after, using to recover main
BIOS data from backup BIOS manually.

Steps of BIOS recover:

Step1. The step must start from power off state.
Step2. Press and hold the power button, waiting System power on and switch off.
Step3. Release power button at 5 seconds after switch off.
Step4. Power on the system again. If the debug card post CE and display GIGABYT

logo that means recovers function is activated. If not, please perform step 1 to 4 again.
Step5. The system will display BIOS recover page after GIGABYE logo, and debug
card post 70 when BIOS is recovering.
