                       family events that will interrupt naps/bedtime etc
                   5.  Fully prioritizing sleep - naps & bed timing trump outings
                   6.  Create sleep regularity
                   7.  The right energy
                   8.  A clear, age appropriate, realistic, loving & effective plan
                   9.  Consistency & follow through
