        Golden Milk










        Ingredients                                            When warm enough, add the ghee/
        1 cup organic whole milk or plant based                coconut oil, and continue to stir while

        milk                                                   adding the rest of the spices. Stir until
        1 tsp ghee or coconut oil                              fully absorbed so no chunks remain.
        1/2 tsp turmeric powder

        Large pinch of ginger powder                           Remove from heat and add the honey.
        Large pinch of cinnamon powder

        Small pinch black pepper                               Enjoy!
        Organic raw honey
                                                               Notes: Add some golden raisins for some

        Directions                                             extra flavor.
        In a small saucepan, warm the milk,

        stirring occasionally.
