Avocado Spinach
Breakfast Quesadilla

Take the high fiber avocado and iron rich spinach, add the protien from the eggs,
and this recipe is a powerhouse to get your morning started the right way!
Ingredients Instructions
Whisk together the eggs, egg whites and
4 eggs water. Scramble over medium heat until fully

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese one tortilla and place cheese, eggs, hot sauce

hot sauce (optional) cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve
salt and pepper to taste sliced into thirds.
