Tofu






          Scramble





































                 Scrambled eggs are a staple breakfast in most homes. But what if you have
               given up dairy or went 100% vegan, and miss the cozy taste of a warm bowl of
                              scrambled eggs? Tofu scramble is here for the rescue!



        Ingredients                                             all tofu water is gone. Add the nutritional yeast,

                                                                garlic, salt, turmeric, and pepper and continue
        olive oil                                               to cook for about five more minutes. Add the
        1 package firm tofu                                     dairy free milk, stir and serve immediately with
        2 tbs nutritional yeast                                 toast or any other desired breakfast item.
        1/4 tsp garlic powder
        1/4 tsp turmeric powder                                 Enjoy!
        2 tbs unsweetened dairy free milk
        salt and pepper to taste                                Notes:


        Instructions                                            The tofu does not need to be drained prior to
                                                                cooking as the water will cook away.
        In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.

        “Scramble” the tofu in the pan by using a potato  Add fresh vegetables like peppers and onions
        masher or a fork, cooking about 4 minutes until  at the very end if desired.
